Your ability to capture emotion amazes me. This being is obviously distressed and freaking out, for lack of better terms. The rough edging and shading with scribbles gives it a unique quality and only adds to the feeling portrayed. The color washes that run down the front of his body intensify the piece and add yet another element to the level of emotion. Honestly, I believe that you have thoroughly and successfully executed this artwork, which does not surprise me at all. Keep doing work like this, it is very inspirational and I one hundred percent love all of it. Fantastic, Bravo.

Man is definitely learning to appear and looks like he is struggling with that. It's clearly observable that the man is confused, but not depressed. All the colors in my opinion symbolize his potential and abilities, which make him overall weak, because it's often so hard to come out of your own shell.
I love your style and this work only shows that it can be so various and that your imagination works really well - right use of this technique can emphasize different things and problems. It makes every piece of your artwork so special and unique.
The only thing that confuses me - is the second arm, an elbow looks a little too bizarre for me.
Overall - it's an amazing work! So clear and fresh!

According to the tittle, the man in the picture looks like being desperated in a crucial moment, bringing a suffocating energy that causes to him a strong painful change.
There are some things that become curious. The absence of face in the character looks mysterious, and the use of black lines, which provide an illustrating appearance to the work, are put together wisely with the movement and the anatomy. What's more, the signature in the corner helps for the equilibrium of the composition.
However, I find such a lack of this strengh and contrast that I love in your paintings. If you add more color next to the left part of the chest, you can bring out more its dinamism. You can also try to mark the abdomen lines even making it with a little watercolor.
Anyway, you have done a great work with the use of colours and the expression of your style. I hope you go on improving your skills.

Incredible ! Personally I think that you have a unique technique that allows you to transmit emotions through colors as well as through figures. The depth of this art piece is perfectly developed. Sadness, sorrow and dissapointment are some of the emotions that I am able to appreciate from your art work. Once again, as all of your art works, this was very inspirational. Wonderfull!!

Your lines add a motion to the piece, your colour choices shock and inspire with every drip. I'm always anticipating your art, and each time a new painting comes up, I remember why. You don't paint, you create. To me the emotion on this figure is very much alive.

Maybe it's just me but I saw a woman in this image possibly because of the curved black lines. Looks like someone battling with outer beauty and the need to be thin.

I think I understand what this piece means, though I could be wrong.
This person is hiding his 'true colours'. He's shy and unwilling to let other people in. He's afraid of attracting attention.
And then your message is that he shouldn't be, he should "learn to appear".

You did a great job expressing these kind of feelings, that pose!
I would like to suggest maybe you could add a little more shading, like you did behind the arm in the back.
That might also accentuate the chest a little more, because right now you don't see it's outline if you just briefly glance.
Sorry, no time for a complete critique, but I hope this helps!

Looking at this is gut wrenching right now. I spent three hours last night trying to comfort a friend of mine while he was having a complete breakdown. Much like you've depicted here.
