eventually yes. They need more magical energy to stay outside and maintain a solid state than they need to stay inside the bottle. That kind of energy can best be provided by humans. If he stops touching the bottle, they will have only a few minutes left until they need to get back in... a few minutes to convince Mr. Tourist he's not hallucinating.
