I like the limited color palette. It works for the flame theme. The realism of the car's body and the environment doesn't quite match which is ok, but the car looks stylized and drawn compared the background photo.
Stuff I would have tried:
motion blur on the background
more flames in the wake of the car
maybe some back to the future style flames in the car's tracks.
