Bonjour, je viens juste de voir ton message, excuse-moi pour cette réponse tardive. Peux-tu m'en dire plus sur ton projet et de quelle façon tu souhaites utiliser ce décor, s'il te plaît, en mp?

agorandy In reply to sandygrimm2000 [2010-05-12 19:10:03 +0000 UTC]

Thanks
I did it on flash. As my computer didn't support the file at one point, I couldn't open it on flash again and I had to finish it on photoshop. But I tried to keep the vector style, even if I added more details on 'toshop.

Flash? thought something like Ai or other program. I didn't think Flash could be used for still images like that

Vraiment incroyable
Combien de temps pour le réaliser ?

Une journée, donc environ 8 à 10h. C'était un des premiers.

Thank you ^^

With time I see some bugs too in this pic, but could you tell me what bug you've noticed, to be shure I didn't miss anything? That would be nice of you ^^

Here u got:
Corresponding to the angle of light the most of roof of this building should be enlighted Sun should be over the building corresponding to color of light - it seems to be about 11-14 on this dev, but this is just my opinion.
There are two more little (and almost unseenalbe) bugs, which i`ll show on screen for greater accuracy.

vector art?
wow!

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

agorandy In reply to Marxwyn [2009-10-27 22:34:39 +0000 UTC]

I began the background on flash, but as the scene became too heavy, I couldn't finish it on flash... so I made an export in jpeg and then I finished it on photoshop. But the most part of the picture is vector art.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

agorandy In reply to CVTeam [2009-10-27 22:37:12 +0000 UTC]

I'm sorry, I'm not sure to understand your question... It was for a game on DS.

Sorry, it was joke.

"Digital landscaping is much cheaper."

Anyway, this is a great piece.

Doesn't exactly look like a vector...and all that texture on the path? I suppose it's possible but would extremely difficult to do.
Hmm...

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

agorandy In reply to Baz135 [2009-10-27 22:47:52 +0000 UTC]

Yes^^

I had to find a solution to finish my work because my scene has become too heavy and it didn't work on my computer. I did the first part on flash and finished with a jpeg export: then I finished the scene on photoshop.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Baz135 In reply to agorandy [2009-10-28 01:40:06 +0000 UTC]

Well then it shouldn't be categorized under vectors...

Though, I'm not quite sure which one it should be in, I'd ask a GM.

In fact, I had to sign up an agreement of professional secret. That's why I can't tell what I want on this game... I'm sorry. I've got a lot of works that I can't even submit on deviantart because I don't have the right to show it.

Aquasakura In reply to agorandy [2009-10-29 20:23:25 +0000 UTC]

Alright. There's no need to apologize. I understand. What this means is you work for a game company. That's cool. ^_^

So, what game company do you work for? I s it he well known ones like Microsoft or a not so well known game company?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

agorandy In reply to Aquasakura [2009-10-29 20:30:48 +0000 UTC]

It was for a french one, I just learned about it when I've found the job offer.
But now I'm working for an animation company in Luxembourg, as a 2D animator.
