When he opened the door he found an old gray badger, half frozen to death.“Come in, come in, my friend,” said the Hermit. “What can I do for you?”

My teacher told me this was his favorite illustration. I don’t know, what do you think? I was clearly still experimenting with the lightnings and shadings. I’ve yet to post the one that I consider my favorite.
