I think I'm going to start uploading some drawings from 2019 when I signed up for an illustration workshop. I barely lasted a year in that school. Don't get me wrong, I was learning a lot but I was also more stressed than ever. The homework was never ending and my professor was.... well, he wasn't very nice. I may have cried a couple of times after his feedback.

This is one of the first works I handed in. I remember I had been up all night drawing and right when I was about to finish it, I dropped the paint water cup on top of it. You can see the warping on the right and the stains on the tiles on the left.

My solution, after panicking, was to use a black pencil over the bleeding ink to make it look like the background was supposed to look dirty. Ironically, my professor liked the final product.

And no, I have no idea why this character has a fire extinguisher.
