I love how you depicted the Pyro, like "Huh?".
If I as Medic hear Soldier saying "Come here, sweetheart.", they immediately get their own pocket Medic xD cannot help but to blush.

I cannot tell if they're used mockingly (enemy Soldiers call them Fritz, Oktoberfest, and Herr Doktor), but I hope not, otherwise they get no healing.

I bet only enemy Soldiers mocks enemy Medics with those while ally Soldiers are fond of their Medics and well, since we all know what kind of language Soldier has ... I mean, since he calls enemies "maggots" ...
