It makes me so very happy to know how much you love this piece ;_; I wanted to put more in, like seaweed clinging to the dock or on a post. And I tried to make myself move away from the basics, which I have a nasty habit of doing, so I had to ask myself what I would see on a dock, IN the ocean. Thank you for being ever so patient with me <3

Aw, no problem at all! From what I remember being at the pier on Tybee, most we would see were fishermen's tools as far as poles, buckets, the birds that would hover around looking for scraps and such. Of course that does not always apply to all docks and piers! Some might have ropes from boats that are currently not docked and some of the tools for those as well..... so for what its worth I think you added the right amount of detail without adding any manmade things C: I could picture a seagull on a post watching the pair with the gifting of shells, but other than that nothing comes to mind and thats only just now thinking of it!

I had considered a seagull, but I wasn't really sure if I could pull it off -just right- in my head onto paper. I'm still so happy that you enjoy this piece, I'm really glad I pushed through it and tried again. <3 Thank you!!!
