i often read people insulting our religion and people like you responding in a intelligent and peaceful manner. may ALLAH reward you for that and help me to have as much patience with these people who do nothing but insult although we have done nothing to them. and call us the aggressors. subhanna Allah.

These words are something cools me down and give me more power against who's insulting our religion .. most of them has no idea what is Islam so first we tell them what's wrong and if they didn't understand we start the hard work !

What you said is correct .. in Islam we don't know how is the God looks like but in Christianity they picture the God as a bearded old man which i think is something respectful less for the God himself because there is nothing like the God in shape or anything else .. the GOD is the best in everything we can't be perfect in !

I saw some photos for Jesus as a Dark man once in the Net !!
Some people they believe in what they can feel and this Physically healthy for children but not adults that can know the differences between Myth and reality !
I think it's not correct to say that Jesus was an Egyptian .. he was in some place is called now Egypt but in those days there was no Egypt .. we should say that Jesus was a man that the God sent him for the people to Guide them to the Heaven !

Ramadan is the month that we don't drink and eat from sunrise till sunset .. the God gives us this month to test us to know how we can without and food and drink ..
Not only food and drink we don't do .. there are other stuff we shouldn't do like speaking rubbish to people (we shouldn't do this all the time) and "resting" to our wifes during the daytime but after the sunset we can do what we coudn't in the day !!
We usually get credit for every thing good we do but in Ramadan when we fast we get that Credit ONLY when we face the God himself .. the God Said : (Fasting is for me) that means when we fast the God is watching our actions so He can make his Judgement !!
In Ramadan the God gives us such an offer .. we can be save from the Hell if we asked for that in this Month however at the end the God is Judge and he do what he likes !

There are different opinions from the scholars as to how old she was. However, the marriage was not consummated until after she had reached puberty. Now if I may suggest... if you are interested in learning more about this religion for whatever reason try to stay away from those who wrongfully criticize us without knowledge. Every religion and every religion's books can be easily twisted around if we focus on one sentence instead of the whole paragraph of story. Please don't be like the rest that take little details and base the whole religion on their intellect and what they see in the media.
The last thing I want to mention is that in Islam the absolute most important thing above everything else is the Oneness of Allah. Which means we singleout Allah in worship. We worship him alone and nothing else. Also we never ever associate partners with him such as the ideology of the trinity. And we never EVER give him human atributes as that is a great disrespect.

I'm very sorry to hear you encountered a person like that. We muslim, in no way shape or form would ever make fun of Jesus(peace be upon him). Jesus is a highly HIGHLY respected man for muslims. When we mention Jesus we must say peace be upon him as we do when we say our prophet Muhammad(peace be upon him). I have no right to say anyone isn't a muslim without knowing but keep in mind that a real muslim will always have huge respect towards, adam, noah, jesus, muhammad, and etc.(peace be upon them all).

She was over 12 years .. this is correct and many people is taking this against Islam BUT Prophet Mohammed did Mary "Aisha" after one woman called "Khaula Bint Hakeem" (she was taking care of him and his children) told him about the young girl that can take care of him .. he said that the girl still young but she said that he can marry the girl when she reaches Puberty and that what happened !!
Many people thinks that Prophet Mohammed was a Playful and likes woman .. the fact that the ONLY Virgin that he married was "Aisha" and the rest were either Widowed or has been divorced .. we keeps in our mind that the first wife of him was older than him ..

Islam is the ONLY religion that gives woman rights and respect her as a human without any Human rights laws or woman freedom callings !!
If you see in one religion you'll find that the woman is either a slave to the man when he's alive and when he dies she'll be like any of his stuff (any one can take her !! trust me this is real!!) or a creature that is cursed and need to be Purified from Evil !!
In the same religion that i mention above .. the woman has no right to have any of her husband,father,or grandfather money after he dies .. in Arabic we call it Merath (I don't know what dose it mean in English) without the Well written by the related man !!
In another religion the woman lose her family name to carry her husband's family name .. i think this is more in Canceling her bonds to her family more than giving her respect .. also i think is more of slavery to her!!
Quran respect the woman as a daughter, wife,mother, and a human in many words !

Ok .. i am a Muslim .. i live in an Islamic Community in an Islamic ruled country .. i read Quran since i know how to read text and thanks to the God he rewarded me the chance to read Quran many times from cover to cover ..
In addition .. i am an Arab and Quran is in Arabic .. no one is allows translate the text of Quran to other languages because many parts of the Pure text when translated will give strange meanings .. the allowed is translating the meaning of the words in the Quran in any language .. reading pure text for Non-Arabs will make them confused and for that i strongly suggest you read the meaning of Quran words from a trusted source ..
I am not expecting that you can read or understand Arabic as an Arab so tell me exactly what did you hear and i will help you !

Christianity picture angels as girls and they so they said that the angels are the daughters of the God !
If the God wanted children why don't he choose what he wanted? . In addition, how the God will have desire to get children ???????????????
Boys are always a support to their families in our communities BUT this doesn't means that girls are not , this is in the community!
In 58:
According to what in 57, in the old days (before Islam) when anyone has a girl he hid himself from the people and he Buries her a life !!!!
This is not against woman .. no it's a support for her .. the God is telling us what was happening in the old days so we learn what the God wanted us to do .. it's the opposite .. when we have any child (boy or girl) we have to thank the God for that .. no one knows what is good except the God himself so we don't panic !!
