Its when Naruto and Sasuke were sparring in the academy. Sasuke doesn't see Naruto, he just sees a way to get stronger to kill his brother. Hes not even acknowledging Naruto being there, while the villagers glares do acknowledge him, but in a negative way. in his single minded focus of killing his brother, Sasuke doesn't see much of anything. Hes blind, even with the sharingan.
