The planet is named after the god of fire and volcanoes in roman mythology, however, I have given this Senshi the power of ice and ice crystals specifically. Vulcan is typically more mischievous then she leads people to believe. She gives the illusion of being a innocent sweet girl but pulls a lot of pranks. However she makes up for pissing people off by baking for them."

Niyebe means "snow"
Anxo means "angel"

Alignment: The Imperium.
*SPOILERS "The Imperium" are the villains of my fan canon. The group is split into three different sects, the main group being the Protogenoi, comprised of Tartarus, Erebus, Nyx and Phanes. Their main objective is to spend up the resurrection of their master Chaos. In order to resurrect Chaos, they must gain enough chaotic energy to feed their power crystal the Obsidian, and find a vessel to allow Chaos to possess from the Cauldron to anywhere in the galaxy. However, the lowly foot soldiers of the group know nothing of this plan. The lower members include the Oppositio and Perditus senshi who are brainwashed into believing the white moon kingdom is actually evil and alien, bent on controlling the human race to enslave them for eternity and suppressing the human "god". The Oppositio, especially, are taught that the sailor crystals of the solar system originally belonged to them and were stolen in the past by the white moon clan. They are instructed to find the Maboroshi no Shirouishou, the "Phantom white crystal". The Shirouishou is said to rival the Ginzuishou and finding it would bring about the fall of the moon kingdom due to its immense power. This information is brought to them by Chaos being projected via the "Courtiers", Chaos acts as the human god.
