Very Cute, I'm not familiar with these character though, I stopped watching digimon after the 4th season. though the boy looks kinda like a cross between Tai and Izzy for the first season.

Both of the kids are from the 6th digimon season/series, known as Digimon Xros Wars.
Currently there is no english dub.

I feel bad for not watching Xros Wars though, I saw all the other seasons except Data Squad because I had homework and it was strange is it worth watching?

To sum up Data Squad/ Savers, in my opinion, itβs pretty much a stupid summer action movie. The story is pretty clichΓ© when compared to Tamers, and the characters are overly shonen-esque bland, when this is supposed to be a childrenβs meant to appeal to both genders(despite the numerous times the female characters have gotten the shaft in this franchise). But to the shows credit, the voice-acting in either dub is satisfying.
One thing that bothers me is that people say that Data Squad is closer to the spirit of Digimon than Frontier is. Their reasoning for that statement, because Agumon is one of the lead digimon. *face-palm* Digimon, as far as I'm concerned, has been a coming of age story from loss of child-like innocence to maturity. This notion dropped by the fact the protagonists are Teenagers who already have their minds set on their goal. Iβll leave the whole Marcus/ Masaru debate aside, because that would take forever.
Overall, if youβre curious, give it shot, but donβt expect it to be great.

Its cute to see these 2 as babies playing with building blocks. Yep, I watch Xros Wars, and so far its a decent series in the franchise. Akari's my favorite human character for being filled with so much energy, favorite digimon would have to be Dorulumon.
