Well, I drew Inspector Gadget, Penny and Brain. Not much else to say.PLOT: A Cyborg named Inspector Gadget, along with his niece, Penny, and her dog, Brain, try to stop Dr. Claw and M.A.D Laboratories.
CHARACTERS: Inspector Gadget (Main Character), Penny (Aged 14, She goes on some minor journeys that relate to the actual plan), Brain (Basically Penny, but a dog.)
CAST: Inspector Gadget (Maurice LaMarche), Penny (Cree Summer), Brain (Frank Welker)
