Seems... kinda lazy. But partly. you clearly spend most of the time on details for objects and buildings, while terrain... Honestly i believe you can get something similar just randomly swaying you brush all over the place. Despite there still few details on the earth and nothing impossible or absurd happening.
Actually, i can see that there is a play of light and shadow, some kind of canyon or dried lake probably... But you can't see any of that from the first glance. First, what you thinking, is: What the hell are those yellow things in the sky?
