"There is no such thing as balance in this world." - Cyborg X.

Cyborg X is a separate take of Sonic.EXE as a cyborg instead of a dark matter entity. He'll be featured as the main protagonist of "The Wretched Ridge" in the upcoming Realms Of Corruption Series.

(These are only placeholder pieces for the backstory, it will be fully written later.)
- The story takes place in Sonic 2, the flow will be slightly similar to Sonic2.EXE.
- Sonic being half robotized as a cyborg, now known as Cyborg X, supposed to serve for Dr. Robotnik, but turns against him instead. Similar to how Cyborg/Robo Tails was on his good side in Sonic Lost World.
- Tails and the animals (flickies etc) being mutated into beasts by Dr. Robotnik.
- Cyborg X takes on the mission on his own to bring the world back, but by what? Repeating the process of taking down the beasts that roam within the realm? That populates as time runs?
- He then decides to hunt down Dr. Robotnik instead and put an end to his schemes.
