This is Jantar Hawk, a fan-made character from the future project called Star Wars: Unity , with 2003 Clone Wars art style, by Genndy Tartakovsky.

Jantar Hawk was a female half-Human/half-Kiffar mercenary for the Guardians of Kiffu, and a wife of ex-rogue Jedi Quan Vos . When his husband was killed by a Sith Lord Darth Malignous , Jantar and her nephew Aidan , are on their own into the dangerous world of more adventures, and years later, she wants Aidan to look after his and her cousins, Hank Romis and Dean Sonwil, while during his mission.
