UFF, i started it, It looked promising, but no, I can't manage to color it.*randomfactsrandomfactsrandomfactsrandomfactsrandomfacts*
( She wields a rapier ( and a dagger that's not there atm) )
Well I'll write a little about Charlotte.
She's a very strong and individual young woman. She's very serious, pretty strict and respect is very important for her. She also is very found of laws, because she wants order.
But she's very classy, and pompous, and doesn't really bother about what others think.
Her opposite is Alma.
and therefor she dress very academic, she wants to look powerful / mighty / wise /pompous ( but with moderation i guess ) , and like to show it off with her looks.
AND that's why she's so fun to draw X), and that's why i randomly dresses her in this outfit, kind of admiral themed.
just for fun xD ( and dresses her up like a doll in maaaaaany different outfits c: <3 )
also this explains why she's not fit in those cute Gothic Lolita dresses anymore.

I am in-love with your wonderful art, I admire you so much like you wouldn't believe. I love the feel on this, even if not fully coloured it, this is still is very beautiful. Your designs are always so gorgeous, clean, and fit. I think Charlotte looks rather VERY beautiful in Gothic Lolita dresses, and I like dressing up my ocs in random things too for the fun of it (well on paper, as you can tell I'm not very active on dA). I know it's a waste of time commenting here because of all the comment you get but anyway, I will.
I just wanted to tell that the new outfit fit her personality perfectly. When I, for the first time-the old outfit, look at her I tough she was a shy and quiet person but with her new look I can tell now how she is. She projects her personality at 100%. She looks like "You play by my rules or by my rules".

Your designs are amazing, and the clothes you do are wonderful!. I love her military-ish jacket... thing. You cloth designing is so detailled, but not too overloaded, but at a point where everything combines in harmony.
