UFF, i started it, It looked promising, but no, I can't manage to color it.

Well I'll write a little about Charlotte.
She's a very strong and individual young woman. She's very serious, pretty strict and respect is very important for her. She also is very found of laws, because she wants order.

But she's very classy, and pompous, and doesn't really bother about what others think.

Her opposite is Alma.

and therefor she dress very academic, she wants to look powerful / mighty / wise /pompous ( but with moderation i guess ) , and like to show it off with her looks.

AND that's why she's so fun to draw X), and that's why i randomly dresses her in this outfit, kind of admiral themed.
just for fun xD ( and dresses her up like a doll in maaaaaany different outfits c: <3 )

also this explains why she's not fit in those cute Gothic Lolita dresses anymore.
