Sorry I couldn’t think better…I think it’s best that their Engineer looks more like a Construction Worker recolored, since Dwarf’s hat are also round and their engineers are always wearing Monocle. But why Construction Worker? The truth is, it’s not just dwarf outfit. I do planned a bunch of Hero’s Regiment that has non military uniform like remember Lion & Finka From R6 Siege? They are Hazmat Soldier/Pandemic Control Agents, and then there’s Ace, the operative that looks like a European Firefighter.

anyway are the Scourge truly an Anti-Hero faction for their "emergency" sanctioned Judge Jury and Execution Agenda? not really. despite this faction consist of hundreds of Red Hoods or Punishers, i still consider them a villain because in fact, i'd like to think 6 factions can be a villain to each other second handedly especially to the society that backs each faction...even thought it's hard and desperate for them to trust each faction! something taken from XCOM, where you have to maintain public relations with every continent.
