Wow, the shading work on this is excellent! Even in the thumbnail, the character's form was clear. That flowing hair is great too. Just from the sketch and facial features, I can guess that he's either a Dunmer (Wood Elf) or a Bosmer (Dark Elf)?

No he's an Altmer. He suffered in the explosion in his Alchemical lab and that's why his hair grow that way, like a Bosmer. He's also scarred.
