they have 2 whiskers on each cheek which appear to float
large ears with bat-like ridges for better hearing

live on the beach
stay away from water exept to catch fish
live in glass funnel-neck vases under the sand (nooks) (opening sticks out slightly so they can jump in/out)
plants they eat: beach grass, sand succulents, fish (not a plant but still)
main exports: driftwood, glass, colourful fabric/cushions/clothes
main imports: berries, fruit, medicine
anatomy: short with roundish ears, sleek waterproof fur, sharp teeth
interesting fact: their teeth are so sharp so they can break open shellfish and sea urchins! they use fishbones to comb their fur.
PINETRIBE:
live in a giant pine forest, the pine needles are red and cover the forest floor
very good climbers, very strong
good at making tools
live in giant terracotta overturned plant pots (nooks)
plants they eat: bark, shrubs, mushrooms, roots
main exports: weapons, tools, metal, armour
main imports: fabric, cushions, bedding
anatomy: stocky, average size, thick fur, big (but not too sharp) teeth
interesting fact: AGGRESSIVE BOIIS also they immune to poison (mushrooms, frogs, etc)
MOSSTRIBE:
live in a bamboo forest COVERED in moss, literally there is no grass it's just m o s s
also there are giant marble boulders everywhere which these leggy boiis carve into their nooks!
live in big marble globes with a round entrance (usually covered in moss and plants)
plants they eat: succulents, bamboo, moss, limeberries
main exports: marble, medicine, bamboo wood, lanterns
main imports: fabric, fresh water, glass
anatomy: the lithest of all the tribes, quite small with very long leggies and big ears
interesting fact: there is a certain screamy Leg-Cat who will kick the crap out of any Arm-Dog she sees
also they have glowing berries there which they use in lanterns uwu

It landed with a yelp, probably from another Arm-Dog. The brutes had been more aggressive than usual, and Fae had been put on attack and defence duty for Mosstribe. Like the name suggested, the entire forest floor was blanketed with soft moss, providing silence that only Fae's insane screeching could break."
