Yeah, no problem. Normal speech is usually the most text that will appear in a manga, so picking a font for it to go with the theme behind it (love, comedy, action, etc, etc) can be tricky but important in the long run

True true, and now to look through these pre-selections and see if anything grabs me. Hope so, so I don't have to comb through the thousands and thousands of unfitting fonts to try and find the perfect font that's the right amount of generic and style.

Only suggestion I can give is in your search always type 'Manga' or 'comic' to make it easier. Outside of that, took me about an hour to find some for mine O_O

Well even then there's a ton, and many of them are more like sfx ones than anything else, or just rub me the wrong way. Thankfully I'm seeing in that link you gave me that I wasn't being weird about some of the most common ones being off somehow. Ah well, I think I'm liking Hometown Hero ones he mentions since all-caps fonts just mess with me. Now to go check and see if anything else pops up that fits. 
Man, just an hour? I don't know how long I spent scrolling through some of the fonts while looking for a good action one. So. Many.

I already had in mine how I wanted the font to look like so I search that style. If I went with the idea of just looking to find one it would take longer, better to visualize how you want the font to look. Important to know the setting you most likely will be using the most, theme (love, action or comedy) view commonly use font for say theme and visualize the font in your mind.

Believe me, just looking for one out of the blue would take longer since you don't have a concrete idea of what you are really looking for xP
