Here goes my shot at a lion king tutorial, started this for a friend of mine initially. I am aware that my method may not be the BEST method, but it sure does work for me =3Related content

you draw reverse of me xD I tend to draw the nose first and then the eyes.

I don't follow this method to the letter anymore, since I've reached a level of familiarity with Lion King style heads that I don't need so much of an undersketch anymore. I still draw a circle and place the eyes first though. I only use this method now if I'm drawing a particularly difficult angle.
It's interesting how different artists use different methods and still achieve similar results c:

I always start a new character by drawing their head first. I needed to know how to draw it though, so thanks a lot.
