It is a beautiful picture, which shows siblings' love! You did a great job on facial expressions of both characters! Little sister is so lively and cheerful and her elder brother looks mature and caring. I also like the way you shaded their hair, the shine is very natural-looking : - )
And the frame in the shape of heart looks great! I like its design and the realistic look of the metal texture : - )Β I also noticed,that the sister has heart-shaped medallion as well : - ) It is a nice touch!

Aww, this is absolutely adorable.~ I love their expressions and how they look up kindly at each other, showing nothing but snuggly love for each other.
The way they look at each other displays a kind, caring, responsible older brother and his overly happy, bubbly younger sister. The heart helps add to the happiness they share with a beautiful, crumble-ish pattern behind them.
