Well, duh.
I mean, what's it's purpose? Why is it a necessary design choice? Is it a stylistic chain, a reminder that androids were made to be slaves, is it a tracker, is it simply another way for humans to tell who is an android?

normally its actually supposed to be on his shirt not connected to him but this artist did it as if its connected

The Androids have to wear this band in Detroit Become Human...i think, Androids should be identifiable as such by this band. Maybe it's a tough comparison but it's comparable with the band the Jews had to wear in those days...
