btw! about the icon i just found it in another site 2 years ago and i really loved it XD ok now about the animation it's really easy to make it first of all you have to use the right softwares (like Gimp,Photoshop,Paint tool sai etc.) you have those programs right? XD if you don't you have to download one of them ;D

Well first you have to open one of those programs (whatever you like) ~ open your new file at size: 50x50 pixels
create a new layer and draw whatever you like... for example a cute face or your user name on DA ;]
before i continue may i ask you if you used before those softwares? =3

oh! awesome 
(continuing xD) After that you have to create and another layer and draw the same cute face or your username but in a different pose or move. Craete as many layers as you need and do the same. After that you have to save your file as "GIF" not as jpg png etc. cuz will NOT work your animation
that's all~ i think it's really easy
