AT withSuch a beautiful character design! >W< I see her costume design as something between west and east, quite unique. Sorry don't have time to do a full color AT, but i think pencil fits this kind of delicate pattern more.

This seems to be drawn on paper, can you please give me an advice on how you get the brown color? Do you use a brown colored pencil or just scan and recolor in photoshop?

All I can say is that this is one of the most beautiful anime pieces I have seen in a LONG time. The design of her clothing is just so detailed and her hair accessories are gorgeous *.* But my favorite aspect has got to be her hair It flows so nicely and the areas of shading and lighting add such a nice feel to the whole picture itself

Ain't got a premium membership but i"ll try to put my 2 cents since you asked for a crit:
+. Love the design and the details especially in the hair.
+. She does look really cute/beautiful what ever you wanted to achieve with this drawing.
-. Faces- i've looked through your gallery and i noticed that you tend to draw the faces in the same manner on different characters, it would help to get your characters some more personality if you'd do some bigger variations in their face's features.
-. Hands - from what i've seen you really don't like drawing hands/avoiding drawing them, i would suggest doing some more studies on that, so your characters would be able to convey more emotion and gestures.
-. The cloth, although the rendering is very good, it seems very stiff and paper like especially below the elbow level.
-. The hair, like i said beautiful rendering but you have a perspective and a tangent problem with it, there are parts of her "pony tail" that are placed behind her shoulder and there are parts that are placed in front of her shoulder, thus creating a confusion in perspective planes.
