I always thought Sayaka looked better with the longer more masculine face, and the wrinkles above the eye seem a little too high. When facing anime characters directly I'd say the nose should be nigh invisible, and the hand may be too big Β (Is that a sixth finger I see beyond the pinky or just a weird line?) but that may just be me liking lolis with delicate hands mmmmm
Also her left eye seems slightly off, and I thought she had a beauty mark.
