Trying animation a little, and I thought Gon would be perfect for a first try! :3
That's not something really impressive, I just hope that it's cute~

Yes, I also think that there are too much explanations. I mean, I love explanations and all, but it's too long here.
I also understand why they're taking their time : Togashi is on a hiatus for more than a year, and if they go too quickly, then they'd be at the same level as the manga. So they don't really have a choice there...
I kinda spoiled myself on some parts, because I'm way too curious, and also because the anime is really slow.
Gon and Killua are both cute, mostly because they are both kids~
I think that it's good to see that Gon isn't perfect, it was kinda annoying to hear that he was strong, kind and all.
Same for me, I can't wait for the next episode! ><'

I try not to give into reading the manga xD ruins the excitement. I mean I did once when they went to the heavens arena....was not fun watching the anime for a few episodes...(only like 2, but still)
I agree, I love how the characters are developing so far in the anime. You can really see the subtle changes in their personality's (well not so much for gon, cause they draw his eyes without the shine lol).

I just hope that he'll come back soon. Hunter X Hunter deserves a proper ending!
I did the same for the beginning of the Chimera Ants's arc, so yeah, the anime wasn't interesting because I knew what was gonna happen...
When he doesn't have the shine in his eyes, Gon becomes pretty badass actually! xD
I love so much this friendship between Gon and Killua, it's so cute! <3
