being kind of esoteric boy, Mesmerize is into numerology very much, and 49 is the number that means much in common and for him a bit, like 'his' number. His tattoos are not tattos actually, but marks he got in different dimensions because not all the dimensions are friendly and allowed for everyone, even if someone has enough power to get in)
