I used Adobe Elements 5.0 for this! It might or might not work on other programs..I'm not entirely sure.LOL
Wow my sister =dark-elf-girl asked me if I could do this like 8 hours ago.
I had nothing to do so I figured I might as well..

Ahem when you go to change a brush.
There should be a little blue arrow on the right of that and it will say " Load brushes. "
You just import them from there ^___^

Maybe.. With the right tools.. Color pencils blend pretty well. Highlights would have to B done in paint or pen though.. It would still look a bit different though.
