salut (hello) ~ i've been getting stuck on how to improve more so i tried out something different this time ! also trying to get more diverse at face shapes and body types ! as a heads up, i have a few of my regular painted chibis and then I'm switching to a blended style of both painting and lined work (kind of like the headshot) ~ after that experiment, i'll probably switch back to my normal painted style again <3 i have a few of upcoming adopts on my TH too if you want to see what blended looks like ~

Some are bred for war, some for the royal guard, and the very few are born to the governing family. In this city to the far North, a young lad is born and given a home within gilded castle walls. Untouched by famine and the cruelties of the world outside, he is raised by tutors and nannies and taught the finest of materials. With such a lavish upbringing and supposed heir to the throne, he is showered with praise and adored by many. All those that dare oppose his upcoming rule are quickly silenced. Discontent bubbles to the surface when word spreads as to how his rule is secured. Upon the age of sixteen, a rival family rounds up many disgruntled workers, servants, and nobles and successfully overthrows the ruling family. The last ditch effort to save the once heir results in the loss of his father and mother. There is little time to mourn, however, and he is forced to adjust to the rough and tumble life of a mere peasant. It's clear he lacks the skills and knowledge to survive on his own. Won't you give him a helping hand?
