Who is the scariest villain in all of science fiction?Visually speaking at least, the Master (Fallout 1) must be up there. I grew up reading up on Fallout lore before even downloading the game, and when I saw the Master it creeped me out. Mark Morgan’s score amped up the creep factor to eleven, and thee voice acting of four separate VAs nailed the supervillain aspect of the character.
