I got to admit that reading this holo-disk was creepy as hell. And later that vault under the cathedral covered literally in...well I believe it was his flesh. He also had some sort of psychic influence. Definitely the F.E.V. virus is the scariest stuff ever made by human race.

The Unity will bring about the master race. Master! Master! One able to survive, or even thrive, in the wasteland. As long as there are differences, we will tear ourselves apart fighting each other. We need one race. Race! Race! One goal. Goal! Goal! One people... to move forward to our destiny. Destiny.
Of course, mutants are best equipped to deal with the world today. Who else? The Ghouls? Please. Normals? They brought nuclear death to us all. This will be the age of mutants! Mutants.

His body became mostly fluid in nature so I imagine he draped himself over the computer and worked himself into it.

What I find strange is that there is no one like the Master, the only thing remotely close is the Centaurs but those lack the computer part.

Since the FEV Virus is still around, they could always create something similar to the master *crosses fingures*
Then again the master in HD, would be beyond terrifying, yet glorious

I hope to see something like that in Fallout 4, with a little nod to the 1st generation of super mutants along with the return of the Enclave. I'd prefer if it isn't anything very important or major to the story, Enclave is would kind of be rebuilt but at that time other factions have emerged and the NCR is huge, or crippled.

In Fallout 3 I felt like the 'President' was a little nod towards the Master but at the same time I was a little disapointed by it - it didn't really suit the Enclave. A proper nod to him and how disturping he is would be awesome.
I'm not sure what I want from Fallout 4; all I know is that I don't want it to be a MMO XD Might be interesting acutally to play as a supermutain or a ghoul to it from another point of view. It'd never happen but would be a nice, even mini story,
