A reminder: this account is no longer active. For new versions of this icon set and related material, visit [link]For the more adventurous, a complete set of icons to replace those in shell32.dll under Windows XP. Included also are toolbar graphics for Explorer (pictured) and big horizontal Windows logo strips for the non-fastswitching shutdown and login windows. I don't know where Ctrl+Alt+Del's copy of the images are, but they're probably compatible with some of the MSGINA resources.
If you have no idea what I just said, this may not be for you.
All replacements best done with [link] ; accept no substitutes (even if they're really good.)
The toolbar graphics will need to be converted into 32-bit BMPs from their current PNG format before they can be inserted. To do this, open them with MS Paint and save them as 24-bit BMPs. (Why Microsoft pretends that the alpha channel doesn't exist is beyond me.)

The 1 in the name indicates that future shell packs will be supersets of this, and include this in its entirety (probably).
