This is my colored version of a sketch I bought from the totally awesome *messa ! I actually finished this quite a while ago and just never got around to submitting it. Took an uber long time (well over 20 hours) and at least 20 layers in Photoshop 7. Working size was 5082x6600 @ 600 dpi, so it was pretty massive. I tried to go for a kinda translucent-y look for the sword and the shoes. I think the sword took it better, though. Oh, well. Something new to work on, I suppose.Related content

That looks awesome hon! 8D Looks worth all the time you spent on it! :] I love the way her hair came out, it's a nice rich red that isn't too red. The skin also came out really nice, which is not something that is easy to do! D: Really great job on this! :3

Thankies!! I love red hair, but it's really difficult for me to get it to look good. And I agree, skin is not easy to get right. The undo button has become my best friend when coloring skin... ^.^;
