It's not. Roro is just a fanmade avatar.
Even his illustrator has asked people to stop using Roro in the place of VY2 because VY2 is meant to be avatarless.

I remember seeing this on a YouTube video, and I didn't know who did the drawing, and I found it today and I was all like, "AH MAH GAWD I'M SO HAPPEE!!!" Cuz I found out who drew it,and it was one of my favorite artists <3
