I think the second and third stage need more differentiation. They pretty much look like the same thing at different sizes.

I think a phoenix needs more time to get bigger and so Phoenlil's evo-Lvl is higher than normal... <'3

thi has to be one of my favourite fire starter designs on here x: the colour's don't make him look like a fire type but i think that's what i like about him, he's not got the typical red= fire. a;though perhaps some more fire resembelance would be better, he seems more like a grass type from his tail, antena's and leaf-like elbow shapes. but he's still a very cool design, i personally like the first evolurion best, his little eyes XD
also nie he's not super complex in his finla evolution, alot of people tend to got to over the top with finla evolutions, making thme seem more like a digimon desing, he keeps in a nice colour limit and body shape.
the soft shadings nice aswell, glad it's not sugimori style, this styles more glossy and detailed.

they slightly remind me of lucario a riolu, but i thik that that is just because they're all so cool and also becaause of the colour scheme.
