Yeah, some older concepts for other NPCs of Archerus Hometown. Including the Storyteller, the Maid of Rain, Yurashis Right-Hand and the Towns Hangman <3I am pretty proud of the hangmans design ; u ; I think it fits pretty well to this specific pokemon haha <3
