This is how I imagined Strider/Aragorn/Elessar when I read the LOTR-trilogy... A little bit older and rougher than Viggo... hmmm... but that doesn't mean I dont like Viggo as Aragorn

I like the colors of the background. Personally I would paint the eyes a bit smaller but it is definitely a marvelous picture.

Wow, a really good painting. I mean it fits the character in the book and I technically i can't fault the painting in the slightest. The pose, the dramatic skies, the reflection on the armour - brilliant!
