Description
An entry for the Meat-Bag-Bill contest for GravityFalls-FC . Because of my constant laziness, I started working on it 1 day before the contest deadline (at the same time having some tests and papers due the next day) c: I made it in a rush so it's pretty messy but I will (probably not) do a redraw of it so it would look okay

I love this design. The conical hat with an eye and the with a poncho to look is really creative. the zodiac on the inside is a nice touch too.

I'll probably get hate for this but I usually don't really like human bill cipher since a lot people tend to over sexualize him (and with dipper too for some reason)
with that said this version of human bill is probably the most badass version I've ever seen, especially the symbols under the straw hat.
