Yay a picture on Paint!
I havn't done my pics on this for a while now 
Anyway I wanted to draw a pic of Sideshow Mel copied and chose this. In the episode All about Lisa, which I like cause Mel's actualy a main character in that episode And he's talking to Lisa about being on TV and stuff. By the way he doesn't have long hair in this, unlike in the comic.Comments plz

yeah XD this comic was fun but I think it was just a joke,
it's always different scenarists, and in the show sometimes when he removes the bone, the hair stays up
