Melvin Van Horne, or Sideshow Mel
I forgot to color in the table, so I did it on Paint 
This one came out ok, but these are only sketches so it doesn't have to be perfect. The one in the middle with the hair dryer is in the comic I saw on the internet, thanks to , where he's trying to get his hair to stay up. It's also the first time I've drawn him with his hair down
