Honestly, this is one of the best interpretations of a dragon/humanoid hybrid I've seen in a while. I like how they have a harpy-sorta feel.

It doesn't really matter to me regardless. I mean, I like the show but in the Legend of Spyro canon, the couple is basically a thing now. So even if they aren't a couple in Skylanders, the two are still a legit couple in the other story.
