She is "Ice" from the Dc Universe.Her real name is Tora Olafsdotter, she can create ice constructs, and fly by levitating a plattaform of ice!
I paintied this cool girl because I really liked the design of her suit, and I like the colors, I wanted to make it feel really cold, I hope you can feel it!
I was struggling a lot while doing it, all those reflective spots took me some time to paint them..I really hoe you like this girl
