Not sure about the gov wanting to kill something that could be researched for military purposes (and I'm sure there are other kinds of werebeasts out there -more work to cut-). Let alone the latter one because Suki would have been missing too.

You'd be surprised how appealing strange candy stores that appear out of no where can be. Or how quickly they can vanish once the intended victim... err... i mean unsuspecting shopper walks in. They're like honey traps. They are honey traps. And ask Suki about those dreams of a candy store outside her window and somehow waking up in the back yard the morning after. There are a few child molesters who got the shock of their lives finding a blue werewolf in their honey trap.
And by the way. I'm always around. You just don't see me.

Still, I wouldn't worry about hunters since it's a small town and any ruckus in the forest would be dealt with by Rick.

Suki's fine. Just a lot of sugar and a frighten piece of scum unfit for... on second thought, I better figure out a way to slip a force field around Suki before I send her on anymore little late night trips to the candy store.
And quick note, small towns are the most exposed to hunters. The smart ones especially.
