Description
Chase and Skye were a game of tag with the others when they chased each other into a deep forest. That is when the 'game of tag' felt more like a game of survival. "Alright Skye, you can come out now." Called Chase, but Skye didn't reply. Little did the German shepherd know, was that he wasn't alone, although he did seriously feel like it. He then heard a loud snap, whipping around, he saw that he had stepped on a twig, but that gave away his position. Chase had just turned around when he was tackled by a tan-colored blur! When he had finally stopped rolling, he saw Skye was pinning him down! (turning a bit red) he tried to wiggle out of the position he was in, but Skye wasn't having any of it. "You thought that you were trying to be sneaky, huh?" Snickered the cockapoo, "well, you can see that didn't work." She said with a cheeky smirk. 'please don't go and do anything wild' thought Chase turning even more red in the face, he noticed that Skye was blushing a bit too. But what she said next shocked him to the core, "I know you like me" the cockapoo said smiling. "Is that right?" Asked chase, confusing the heck out of Skye. "Because you didn't expect this!" Chase exclaimed as he rolled over, knocking Skye over into the nearby river! "Hey!" She chuckled but chase began to run off, "oh-ho-ho, you are so going down!" She sniffed, as she gave pursuit.

Meanwhile, Thomas, Percy, Edward, Marshall, Everest, Rocky, Henry, and Rubble were looking for Chase and Skye. "Oh, I wonder where they could be?" Sighed Edward, "agreed," replied Marshall, "I've been calling them on my pup tag for a while now, and they haven't responded." "Well, it's best we keep looking." Huffed Thomas " They could be in trouble somewhere out here.", "I just hope they're alright." Added Everest, "they've been on the team for so long." Agreed Rocky "I'd hate to think of what would have happened if something bad happens to them." Henry, Rubble, Rocky, and Percy then decided to split up, to cover more ground.

Little did they know of the adventures Chase and Skye were having.

This was just a little story to go with a drawing I had in mind.

I tried to incorporate many of the background and foreground elements into the story as I could. And I had the original pose of the male pinning the female (I think it was supposed to be against a wall) but did a bit of a Lion King moment, where Skye is pin in Chase down (like how Nala pinned Simba).
