Excellent clarity on the eyes. I like how the lower-portion (under the hair) is mostly adapted from the photo, yet the portion up top is completely created.
I love that background, with the growth coming from the hair itself, and the blue and red standing out nicely against the yellow and white.
The subjects and title fit very nicely with the pose of the chosen photograph.
