Caduo are genderless dark/ghost type pokémon that come in two forms: white and black. Black Caduo are dangerous and aggresive, while White Caduo are noble and protective.

Black and white Caduo are often at odds in the wild. While Black Caduo willl try to attack travelers, white Caduo will defend them from the black Caduo.

The biggest difference between Black and White Caduo is that Black Caduo's Attack (and Special Attack) stats are double that of White Caduo, while White Caduo's Defense (and Special Defense) stats are double that of Black Caduo.
For example, if a Black Caduo's attack stat is 100 and defense stat 50, a White Caduo's attack stat would 50 and its defense 100.

Another difference between White and Black Caduo (besides their appearance and stat differences) is that White Caduo learn a unique attack called "Red Chain".

Red Chain is a powerful ghost-type attack that deals double damage to Black Caduo.

Black Caduo are unable to learn Red Chain.
