I don't think so. She knows that Goku is dumb, but he isn't THAT dumb. He'd notice if Chichi is gone eventually. But yeah, she's definitely obsessed with eating everybody. Also with as smart as Android 21 is, I think she'd come up with a craftier plan to eat Goku rather than dressing up as Chichi, stalking him and then trying to convince him she's his wife. lol

I know all that. Stalking him and dressing up in Chi-Chi's clothes is mainly just to fuck with him. Yes I can see her do even more sinister stuff to really mess with and eat the heroes and villains of Dragon Ball.
